What an incredible year 2022 turned out to be for Hardee Custom Home Builders! Our most significant endeavor was the construction of our remarkable 318 El Prado Place property, situated on the stunning Emerald Coast of Florida in Panama City Beach.

Shortly after the start of 2023, we successfully sold this exquisite spec home, boasting exceptional features like quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a spacious open floor plan, and captivating interior design.

We recently completed the property’s official closing, and we couldn’t be more thrilled for the new owners as they prepare for a summer filled with vacation rentals. Our region truly offers an idyllic paradise for beach enthusiasts.

As the saying goes, when one door closes, another one opens. We are eagerly anticipating our transition to the 30A area, specifically the esteemed Camp Creek at Watersound community. This upcoming custom project will be a significant undertaking for us, distinct from our previous ventures. We are excited to embrace the challenge and become part of this highly sought-after community on 30A.
